We’re the air conditioning company we couldn’t find ourselves — one that listens first, quotes fast, turns up on time, and treats your home with real respect.

Our story

Jack Frost Comfort started around a kitchen table in Swanwick — because we couldn’t find an installer who’d actually listen. Every company we called wanted to sell us the same off-the-shelf deal: one split unit, £1,400, take it or leave it. Nobody asked what our home, or our family, really needed.

We also wanted the simple, professional things good trades so often skip — a fast, clear quotation; someone who turns up when they say; proper documentation instead of a trail of WhatsApp messages; an easy way to book a survey and settle an invoice. So we built the company we wished we’d been able to hire.

We’re polite, respectful and never pushy — because we’re guests in your family home, and we never forget it. Most of our work comes from neighbours recommending us to neighbours, and we’d like to keep it that way.
